Shipping
Due to many changes in international shipping regulations and duty levels over the last few years - and in particular the EU law changes following "Brexit", we can now only ship within the UK.
Items purchased will normally be shipped within 3 working days of payment receipt.
Normal shipping in the UK is by 1st or 2nd class Royal mail (selectable at checkout) for packages below 2 kgs, and by courier for larger parcels.
Other services are available if you require items by next day services - just email and let us know.
Shipping costs are calculated by the shopping cart engine and are combined to give you the best rate. However, both weight and physical parcel size have to be considered which makes it difficult to be completely accurate. All actual shipping costs are monitored and if the calculation has resulted in you being overcharged, we will send you a refund within 3 days of shipping.
Postage Delays
Please note - considerations when choosing a delivery service.
For months now we have been seeing lengthy delays with the the Royal Mail 2nd Class Post services.
They are supposed to be a 3 working day service, but they are actually taking 5 - 12 working days for deliveries.
We strongly recommend using the 1st class service offered if a shorter delivery time is important.
