Shipping

Items purchased will normally be shipped within 3 working days of payment receipt.
Normal shipping in the UK is by 1st or 2nd class Royal mail (selectable at checkout) for packages below 2 kgs, and by courier for larger parcels.

Other services are available if you require items by next day services - just email and let us know.

Shipping Outside of the UK

European Union
We regret that under new laws introduced by the European Union in July of 2021 we are unable to ship to any EU country.
However, we do have a limited range of our products in our eBay shop. If you are an EU customer you can purchase these items under eBay's Global Shipping Program - our shop is here . Please note that you will have to pay eBay's shipping rates and any VAT and/or import taxes as required by the EU.

United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand
You can place orders directly from the website.
There are two shipping options available - a standard, low cost service which is untracked and uninsured, but suitable for small, low value items such as drive belts, rubber feet etc, and a fully tracked, insured, signed for service.
The choice is yours for purchase values up to £20 UKP, but for orders over £20 UKP we can only ship these by the "tracked and signed for" method. Please select your shipping method accordingly.

For deliveries anywhere else in the world, please email us before purchasing.

Shipping costs are calculated by the shopping cart engine and are combined to give you the best rate. However, both weight and physical parcel size have to be considered which makes it difficult to be completely accurate. All actual shipping costs are monitored and if the calculation has resulted in you being overcharged, we will send you a refund within 3 days of shipping.
