Shipping

Items purchased will be shipped within 3 working days of payment receipt.

Normal shipping in the UK is by 2nd class Royal mail for packages below 2 kgs, and by courier for larger parcels.
Other services are available if you require items by next day services - just email and let us know.

We regret that under new laws introduced by the European Union in July of 2021 we are unable to ship to any EU country.
However, we do have a limited range of our products in our eBay shop. If you are an EU customer you can purchase these items under eBay's Global Shipping Program - our shop is here . Please note that you will have to pay eBay's shipping rates and any VAT and/or import taxes as required by the EU.

If you wish to purchase from us and you are based in the US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, please contact us first by email.

Shipping costs are calculated by the shopping cart engine and are combined to give you the best rate.  However, both weight and physical parcel size have to be considered which makes it difficult to be completely accurate.  All actual shipping costs are monitored and if the calculation has resulted in you being overcharged, we will send you a refund within 3 days of shipping.

Warranty

Any items which are described as brand new (not new, old stock) are covered by a 30 day returns warranty.

For vintage computers which are likely to be over 35 years old, it's not possible to offer the full 12 month warranty you would get with brand new, modern machines. If you do have any problems, please contact me at the earliest opportunity and I will try my utmost to solve them to our mutual satisfaction.  However, I may exchange goods, or offer refunds in some circumstances (upon their return),

Refunds or exchanges for goods will be given  when the authorised returns have been received and tested.  If the items have been modified or damaged, or are not the original items sent, I may not refund or exchange the items.

Please note, my agreement to sell items to you is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions.If you think they are unfair or unreasonable, then it is probably better if you do not order from me, I don't ever want to have an unhappy customer.

Returns

I make every attempt to fully restore all of my computers to a very high level and sell them as fully working unless stated otherwise. If you do have any problems, please contact me at the earliest opportunity and I will try my utmost to solve them or arrange for return.

However, depending on the time before return, I may not be able to refund or or offer a replacement, depending on what the item is.  I cannot offer a modern day 12 month warranty on computers over 35 years old!

Refunds for goods can only be given only when the authorised returns have been received and tested.  If the items are damaged, or not the original items sent, refunds or replacements may not be given.
